Reaction Vessel With Jacket / Limpet :
Description :
Reaction vessel is the most important eqpt of any chemical /food/drugs/dyes etc ind. There are various types of reaction vessel like jacketed reactor /limpet coil reactors/body flg type reactors/ top open reactors . We manufacture reaction vessel with the cap frm 500 lit to 10,000 lit in moc like stainless steel and mild steel..Reaction vessel is a clylindrical vessel of requires cap with suitable agitator for mixing two diff chemicals . The agitator is driven and supported by lenton support which consists of a double bearing housing with tapered roller bearing at both the ends for high accuracy and registance to impact load and vibration and smooth rotation . for sealing you can use either stuffning box or mechcahnical seal depending on the buget .
Stuffning box is economical compare to mechanical seal but needs more maintenance in comparision with mechanical seal . sometimes stuffning box is provided with jacket for cooling to give long life to gland rope. Gland pusher is provided with Teflon/gunmetal bush to minimize the friction between shaft and gland pusher . Lenton assembly /bearing housing is steel fabricated made from ms plates of suitable strength.
Limpet coil vessel/reactors :
Description :
Limpet coils are mfg as a continuous coil and then fitted and welded to the vessel . they can be supplied in single or multiple zones or as a dual circuit. Limpet coils are an excellent method of heat transfer. They offer redused heating/cooling times and a greater degree of accuracy in controlling product temperature by allowing high pressure and high velocities of the heating/cooling medium thus reducing production cost
Jacketed vessel/ reactors :
Description :
Jacket is basically a double shell covering the main shell having gap of 40 to 50 mm (as per requirement) in between , with spiral baffles to obtain higher flow rates which increase heat transfer thus redusing heating/cooling times. Jackets are of mild steel or stainless steel as per application of the user.
